Nutrition
You are what you eat!

Simply changing the types and amounts of foods that you eat will impact greatly
on the way that you feel, the energy that you possess, your ability to resist diseases and to recover from injuries and how you are able to cope with the demands of the world around you.
Generally speaking, the more natural or organic the food source is, and the less processed, the better. Try to eat heaps of organically grown fruits and vegetables and drink lots of pure water and you are well on your way.
This does not mean that you have to be a vegetarian - many fit and healthy people are meat eaters. However the nutritional diet that you decide on should be carefully balanced. Don't go overboard with any particular favourite foods. Ensure that you are getting nutrition from all the basic groups ie. complex carbohydrates, essential ammino acids, essential fatty acids, vtamins, minerals and pure water.
